Description

Pulteney [to Carteret]: prefaced by an intelligence from Dunkirk that the ships in the road there are preparing to sail and that the garrison has orders to march for the plains of Lens. Pulteney renews his request to return to England and commends Mr Hatton. Dated (OS) at Ostend. f. 49
