1 item extracted from WO 55/1621/2. Mauritius. Sheet bearing a section of the old building at the Royal Engineers' establishment, proposed to be fitted up as a Meteorological observatory, and a plan showing the position of the building in relation to its surroundings. Scale; 1 inch to about 76 feet (plan); 1 inch to 5 feet [1:60] (section). Compass indicator. Signed: Lieutenant A B Fyers, Royal Engineers, 20 July 1852, and Lieutenant Colonel W A Walters, Commanding Royal Engineers, 21 July 1852. No related correspondence seems to be preserved at the parent reference.
