Plaintiffs: George Whitehouse and wife.

Defendants: John Peart, John Slinger, William Vevers, Ann Brotherton, John Dickenson and Matthew Dickinson.

Amended by an order dated 14 Nov 1807: Mary Dickenson, Benjamin Dickenson, Sarah Vevers Dickenson, George Vevers, Elizabeth Vevers, Sarah Vevers, Ann Vevers, William Brotherton and John Whitehouse and wife added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 13 Jan 1808: Benjamin Robinson and wife added as defendants. Elizabeth Vevers removed as a defendant
