Folio 43: Rochford to St. Paul. A résumé of the negotiations with Aiguillon and Vergennes about the repairs to the quay at Dunkirk, referring specially to SP 78/291 ff.54, 87, 111, [see also 291 ff.60, 64, 89]. St. Paul is to express surprise at orders to restart being given before the discussion promised by Vergennes. He is to demand that the work be suspended.
