Description

Folio 533: Thompson to Newcastle. Belle-Isle and his army have reached Egra [Cheb]; King of Sardinia's army has been halved in strength partly through sickness and desertion and he has concluded a 4 month ceasefire period with Don Felipe; Solars complains of lack of assistance from Sardinia's allies; fire causes damage at Brest, sabotage is suspected.
