Folios 86-87. Letter to Erasmus Lewis, secretary to Lord Dartmouth, Secretary of State, from Sergeant Richard Richardson, presenting to the former a list of criminals to be pardoned, to be handed to Lord Dartmouth; so that he may present this same list to the queen and the names included in a general pardon
