Description

Short Title: Dunn v Wetenhall.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Dunn, James Elbourn.

Defendant(s): Thomas Wetenhall.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The club or society established in the town of Cambridge called The Union Society "who associate and meet together for the mutual benefit of each other and to make a provision for their support in case of sickness"; of which the plaintiffs were members and the defendant was elected "President" or "Father"; rules and regulations; management; accounts; etc.
