1 item extracted from WO 32/9250. 'Map of the Island of Malta'. Shows terrain, roads, railways, place names etc. Reference table. Note on sources. Compass indicator. Prepared in the Intelligence Division, War Office, from a map compiled in 1895 by E M Woodward, Captain, Leicestershire Regiment, Deputy Assistant Adjutant General. Spelling of place names revised by N Vassallo, Chief Draughtsman, Public Works Department. Date of printing not stated: [?1899]. Coloured MS additions illustrate Major General A P Penton's report of 8 December 1908 on a proposed reduction of movable armament.
