Description

William Fox and his wife Hannah. v. Robert Mason and his wife Elizabeth (late wife of Edmd Cresfield, deceased), Benjn Chaplin, gent., and his wife Rachel.: Value, administration, &c., of the real and personal estate of Edmund Cresfield, late of Ardleigh(Essex), gent. (late father of the plaintiff Hannah and of defendant Rachel, and late husband of defendant Elizabeth), who died intestate; said estate including a messuage or tenement called "The Brickhouse," woods called "Brickhouse Woods," two closes called "Oak Wood Field," and a farm called "Stiggalds," in Ardleigh (Essex), lands called "Robert Youngs his lands," woods called "Shadow Green Wood," and a meadow called "Bergholt Meadow," in Dedham (Essex), farms in Ardleigh (Essex), in the occupation of Thomas Youngs, John Ingram, Wm. Warner, James Lugar, Mrs. Collier, and Robt. Sufkin, tenements in Colchester (Essex), a meadow called "East Meadow," in Langham (Essex), &c., &c.
