Notarial attestation of (1) a certificate of the acknowledgment by Louise, Queen Mother and Regent of France, of a debt of 2,000,000 gold crowns due to the King of England in accordance with the treaty concluded 30 August last; (2) a copy of the sentence of excommunication to be pronounced against her in case of default of payment of the above debt; (3) questions put to the said Louise as to her willingness to submit to the above sentence, and (4) oath of the said Louise to observe the above treaty.
