(1) Edward, Duke of Somerset, Earl of Hertford, Viscount Beauchampe, Lord Seymour, K.G., Earl Marshal of England and High Treasurer of the same, Governor of King and Protector of his Realms and (2) John, Earl of Bath. To make a lawful estate of manor of Brompton Rauf, co. Somerset, with lands etc. belonging ; all lands etc. in cos. Devon and Somerset, late belonging to chantry of Marwood, co. Devon ; lands in Baunton, co. Devon, late chantry of Baunton; lands etc, in Goodlegh, Colompton, Aysshereigney and Ryngesayshe, co. Devon, late gild of St. Nicholas in Colompton ; lands etc. called Woodcockhays, in Holberton, co. Devon, late fraternity of St. John the Baptist in Holberton. Seal; signature : John Bathon.
