Surrender by Hugh Courtenay kt., brother of Edward Courtenay, Earl of Devon. Robert de Haryngton, lord of Aldyndham, Thomas Brook kt., Master William Loryng, John Prestecote, John Isaak and Thomas Pyter, lately granted to Hugh and Elizabeth, his wife, dec., the manors of Galreyngton, Stancombe Dauney and Southalynston, co. Devon, manors of Hynton and Modeford, co. Somerset, manor of Corfton, with advowson of church there and other lands etc. in said manors, and in Yeuede, Kyngeston Hulle and Charde, of gift and enfeoffment of Earl. Surrenders his estate therein to the Earl. Witnesses. Dated at Timerton. Seal.
