Grant by Richard Deane, clerk, prebendary of the prebend of Halughton, in the Collegiate Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Southwell, co. Notts., to Henry VIII, of his prebend and all manors etc. Dated in the Chapter House, Southwell. Attached is the confirmation of the Chapter of Southwell, same date. Signatures : Edward Bassett, John Brandishe, Geoffrey Downes, John Adams, Richard Dene. The whole has seals of Chapter and of Richard Deane and signature of Richard Deane. Also acknowledgment taken with signatures of N. Bacon, William Bolles, William Cowper. Endorsement of enrolment on dorse of Close Roll.
