Order dated 1 April 1813 and signed by Vice Admiral Charles Stirling, HMS Shark, Port Royal, Jamaica, to Lieutenant Henry Litchfield, appointing him as Lieutenant in Command of HMS Moselle, as Commander George Mowbray has returned to England on his promotion to Post Captain.
