Folios 14-15: Keith Maxwell, HMS Hound, Deptford. Reports that having detected that Mr James Stanton, Boatswain of HMS Hound embezzled a quantity of Stores and he has today delivered him up to the Civil Power. He has also seized the Lighterman, concerned in the embezzlement and have taken steps to secure the receivers who are now in Custody.
