First party: Alan, son of Stepi de Salfledeb' [Saltfleetby].
Second party: Andrew, son of Odo Galle of Salfledeb' [Saltfleetby].
Place or subject: The gift which Robert the chaplain, Alan's brother, made to Andrew for his service about four acres of land which lie in the south meadows of Salfledeb' [Saltfleetby] on the south side of Neudich next between Alan's land and the land of William son of Yungewine, and they extend in length from Gippetofteshende to le Aadich. For his service. To hold to Andrew and his heirs or assigns of Robert the chaplain, Alan's brother, and his heirs freely, quietly, in fee and inheritance, just as the charter which Andrew has bears witness.
