First party: Robert the chamberlain of Pontefract.
Second party: William, son of Amfred of Midigesby [Miningsby], his kinsman.
Place or subject: The whole of the land which was of Colsuan and Ivo in Midigesbi [Miningsby] and Kirkeby [East Kirkby] with all appurtenances in the vill and outside, in tofts, crofts, arable lands, meadows, pastures, wood, plain, marsh and all other things pertaining to this land. To hold of Robert and his heirs freely, quietly and honourably for 5s to be paid to Robert and his heirs yearly at the two terms, namely 2s 6d at Martinmas and 2s 6d at Pentecost. William and his heirs are to do foreign service as far as it pertains to a fourth part of one knight.
