First party: Henry de Lancaster, earl of Derby.
Second party: Robert de Wodehous [Woodhouse], warden of the hospital of St Nicholas of Pountfreint [Pontefract], who holds for the term of his life.
Place or subject: Common of pasture in the earl's parks of Pountfr' [Pontefract] for all his oxen and beasts of his manors of Hoghton [Houghton]and Herdewik [Hardwick], and for one bull and 12 cows with their issue of three years, and all his pigs for his larder from his manors of Metheleye [Methley], Houghton and Hardwick in the said park, quit from pannage. [Further details given].
