First party: Maurice, abbot of Kirkestall [Kirkstall] and the convent of the same place.
Second party: Margaret [Margaret de Quincy], countess of Lincoln and Pembroke.
Place or subject: The timber of 20 waggons, which the said abbot used to take in the third part of the forest of Blakeburnesyr' [Blackburnshire] of the same Margaret, in the name of her dower, as long as she is alive, for 10s of silver which the same countess assigned to the abbot and convent by her letters patent to be received at Pontemfractum [Pontefract] on the day of St Giles every single year during her whole life from her bailiff of Blakeburnesyr' [Blackburnshire].
