An entry"book", probably kept loose, comprising pages 1-33 (tables), giving cross references to folios 1-189 (individual sheets for each captured ship or cargo) followed by General Observations:-
- pp 1-3: grounds of condemnation etc;
- pp 4-15: alphabetical lists of vessels and cargo captured, with folio references and numbers of enslaved people;
- pp 16- 33 [facing pages]: arranged alphabetically by capturing ship, giving all captures by that ship, with details of numbers of slaves; amounts of bounty paid; proceeds; and cross references to folios 34-189, for each captured ship;
- folios 1-189: notes of process for each captured ship or cargo, each folio referring to one capture.
