Sir James Kinloch; Alexander Kinloch; Charles Kinloch; James Carnegy; Charles Fitzgerald; Roger Gibson; John Menzies; James Stormonth; George Ramsay; John Farquharson; Richd [Richard] Morion [?Morrison]; Christopher Taylor; John Sanderson; Francis Farquharson; John McKinnon 'the old laird'; Henry Kerr; James Stewart; John Burnet; Henry Kerr; [James] Dawes and Whitmore 'two Oxonians' [these were not Jacobites but held in connection with a case against them in the King's Bench for treasonable expressions against the King. See SP 36/159/1/87]; [blank] Cordes, a native of Hamburg suspected of spying; Hugh Frazer. Beside some names is written the person's fate. Witnesses against Carnegy etcetera: Donald Stewart; John Urquhart; William MacGhie; John Faulkner; John Julian. [This list, in two different hands, may be that referred to in SP 36/115/1/64].
