Memorandum that the seizure of Kelly has caused great consternation; Ormond[e] is still expected in the west near Bristol but if prevented by adverse winds he will land in Lancashire or Cheshire; all measures relating to the intended rising in Cheshire and Staffordshire 'concerted at Sir Richard Gravenor's [?Grosvenor] near Chester, Lord Gore and Sir W [?William] Windham [?Wyndham] were there'; to write to Mr 44 to give regular accounts of the proceedings to 46 and 47. Seized.
