Folio 73. Declaration in favour of James Dods, prisoner in Tilbury Fort [Essex], by George Buchan of Hello [Kello?], Justice of the Peace in the 'county' of Haddington [East Lothian]. States that Dods was captured by [Jacobite] rebels at Kelso [Roxburgh], as he attempted to recover horses they'd stolen from him. Mentions letting-out Setonhills farm, in the Baronetcy of Longniddre [Longniddry] and parish of Gladsmoor [Gladsmuir, East Lothian], to Dod's father.
