Recommendation for the mitigation of sentence for selected prisoners in the General Penitentiary.

Prisoner details: William Sharman convicted at the Old Bailey 11 January 1827. He has liver disease.

Prisoner details: Mary Brooks convicted at the Old Bailey 19 May 1825. She has rheumatism.

Prisoner details: Hannah Burton: convicted at the Old Bailey 2 December 1824. She is nearly 60 and 'rarely out of the Infirmary'.

Prisoner details: Ann McCormick convicted at the Old Bailey 12 January 1826. She has asthma.

Prisoner details: Elizabeth Holland convicted at the Old Bailey 7 December 1826. She suffers with headaches.

Prisoner details: Mary King convicted at Lewes [Sussex] 3 January 1827. She has epilepsy.

Prisoner details: John Gazzleton convicted at Salford Sessions [Lancashire] 19 July 1824.

Prisoner details: Thomas Powers convicted at Warwick [Warwickshire] 29 March 1825.

Prisoner details: William Barber convicted at Newington 5 December 1825.

Prisoner details: Timothy Humble convicted at the Old Bailey 8 December 1825.

Prisoner details: Thomas Hewitt convicted at the Old Bailey 12 January 1826.

Prisoner details: William Baylis convicted at the Old Bailey 16 February 1826.

Prisoner details: Richard Lloyd convicted at the Old Bailey 16 February 1826.

Prisoner details: Francis Law convicted at the Old Bailey 16 February 1826.

Prisoner details: Ann Kinnear convicted at Glasgow 3 May 1825.

Recommendation for the last nine cases submitted by Lord Skelmersdale. Recommendation for the medical cases from Anthony White, Medical and Surgical Superintendent.

Grounds for clemency: The first six prisoners need a change of air on medical grounds; the following nine prisoners on the grounds of good conduct.

Annotated: Free pardon prepared 5 May 1829.
