Folios 448-449: William Sumner Hall, HMS Pert, Port Royal, Jamaica. Covering letter for the enclosed copy of a Commission granted to Lieutenant James Huggins now in HMS Pert for consideration of the Admiralty, also a Statement of his service. He received a sever wound on 15 February 1806 on HMS Gipsy. [Some details of his service] He recommends him as a deserving Officer.
