Folios 238-239: Alexander Fraser, HMS Savage, Long Reach. As he has been ordered to raise his ship's complement to 125 men, asks whether he can keep any men who are sent from the rendezvous who are not intended for a particular ship. He asks because when he recently carried 160 men down to the Nore, many of them were willing to volunteer for his ship.
