Folios 575K-575L: Captain Samuel Colquitt, HMS Princess, Liverpool. Encloses letter received from Lieutenant Moulson and confirmed by the Surgeon as something he’s labored under for some months past.
Folios 575M-575N: enclosed in folios 575K-575L. Letter dated 21 September 1807 by Lieutenant Thomas Moulson, HMS Princess to Captain Colquitt. Requesting a month’s leave to go to Buxton for his health on the advice of Mr Piercy, Surgeon. Says as he knows about the state of his ill health, nothing other than its re-establishment would induce him to ask.
