Mr Fricker's complaint against the management of the Bucharest Exhibition: transmits a copy of Mr B Singer's letter explaining why Mr Fricker has not received a new contract; with a confidential note that the Bucharest Exhibition had 'proved a financial fiasco' and that Mr Fricker should have no further dealings with the management.
