Description

Gloster estimate their flight dates for the six prototype F4/48 aircraft as follows: Prototype No.1 August/September 1951 No.2 January/February 1952 No.3 May/June 1952 No.4 September/October 1952 with reheat? No.5 January/February 1952 with reheat? No.6 April 1953 Reheat: Mr Stevenon mentioned that GAC are looking into the question of incorporating reheat with the Sa.3. He thought that this might be incorporated on the 4th prototype. Armstrong Siddeley Motors promised to see that all the latest drawings were sent to GAC
