Parties 1) Elizabeth Austin late of Road Enstone, now of Chipping Norton, widow. 2) Alfred Adolphus Webb late of Road Enstone, now of Chipping Norton, engineer. 3) Joseph Smith of Eydon, Northants, boot and shoemaker. Property: Messuage with appurtenances in Chipping Norton in New Street, formerly occupied by Henry Parish and which were at the time when 2. purchased them occupied by Francis Wells, butcher, with a cottage formerly held by Robert Hall and late held by his widow on the west and a cottage held by Joseph Quatermaine on the east; and small piece of land used as yard to the messuage late held by Francis Wells; messuage and premises in New St., Chipping Norton, formerly held by Edward Keyte tinker, then by Robert Hall and James Endall and late by Richard Williams, tailor; and part of a building extending over a passage of the first mentioned messuage belonging to 2, measuring 22 inches from the floor of the bedroom of the cottage to the roof of the latter, which cottage belongs to Joseph Quatermaine and was lately occupied by his tenant, George Harwood and situated in New St., Chipping Norton. By reason of 2.'s pulling them down and constructing new premises, they are better known as follows: newly erected buildings in New St., Chipping Norton consisting of dwelling house, grocer and draper's shop communicating with the house with warehouses, yard and other conveniences belonging, now occupied by 2., with cottage now occupied by Hieatt, spinster late the property of William Hood hairdresser on the west, and cottage late held by George Harwood mason, the property of Joseph Quatermaine on the east, These premises were erected by 2. Consideration of £300 paid to 2. by 3. Notes: at the direction of 1., 2. conveys to 3.
