Proposed ticket drawn up by William White for the annual Country Feast organised by the Board of Country Stewards, Country Stewards' Lodge to be held at Mr Sutton's Cannonbury House, listing the Country Stewards' as [Richard] Heydon, President; [William] Criswell, Treasurer; [Joseph] Serjeant, Secretary; [Thomas] Hammond; [Richard W] Whalley; [George] Wilson; [James] Wood and [Alexander] Ross. Tickets cost eight shillings with dinner at 4pm.

Country Steward's Lodge was granted a warrant by the Moderns' Grand Lodge on 25 July 1789 and met as No. 540 at the Guildhall Coffee House, Gresham Street, London. In 1790 the Lodge moved to the Freemasons' Tavern, Great Queen Street, London. The Lodge was renumbered as No. 449 in 1792. The Lodge made its last payment in 1799 and lapsed about 1802.
