The £150 to be paid to Mr Turner, and that as he understood the [Mortgagee] of the late Mr Bourne's Estate (which included Fern Hill) was willing to take the unsold portion of the Estate included in the Mortgage as his security, the Estate of the late W H Fell tobe recouped the £600 paid by Mr Barne'.
