And one close near the said messuage called West Croft, 4 ac. Also a barn called Redland Barn

And also all the lands and tenements &c. containing 50 ac. parcel of lands called Emeryes viz: Peasecroft, 6 ac.; adjoining to Tibballs Lane; the Great Hampshire adjoining to Pease Croft N., 20 ac.; the Little Hampshire, 8 ac. adjoining Great Hampshire, E. and to Laurence Garden, W.; the Mores in 3 closes, 16 ac. adjoining to great Hampshires, N. and to the Down of East Harting called the Fore Downs, S
And Common of pasture for 45 sheep on East Harting Down
All in East Harting or South Harting in the occupation of John Pay
Also 2 closes called the Combe Croftes, 8 ac. in East Harting in the occupation of the said John Pay
