To secure £800 of ms. and tmts. in Binweston now or late in possessionsof John Mathews, William Davies, David Hordley, Edward Powell, Reignold Morris, Richard Pursell, respectively, and Stocken meadow now or late of Richard Cond; Errians Moore and Portway Hill now or late of William Davies, the Tenants meadow now or late of Mrs. Kerry, the great meadow now or late of William Davies, all in Binweston and part of estate vested in 1. and Jonathan Edwards by Act of Parliament. Redeemable for £824 on 24 October 1702 and £24 on 24 April and 24 October subsequently. Other terms.
Recital of Deed to Make a Tenant to the Precipe, 8 September 1674, 1. Edward Kerry of Binweston 2. Francis Gibbons of Shrewsbury, gent., 3. Edward Lewis of Dudson, clerk; Richard Taylor of Shrewsbury, gent., 4. Edward Kinaston of Oldbright Lee; John Hollings of Shrewsbury, Dr. of Physicke of lands of Edward Kerry excepting Cronkwel Meadow, Bagnall meadow, the Withy land, the Ox leasow, Hopes leasow. Declaration of uses conveying cap. m. and tmt. except the Milke house and part of 1 bay of the barn, the Parke, Smithy yard, the old orchard, the long Ridges, the Segge leasow, the Bowleing Greene, the great meadow, the upper Bent, the Farmors moore; also 1m. and tmt. in tenure of Francis Richards in Binweston, to use of Edward Kerry for life; then to Sarah, his wife, and remainder to E. Kinaston and J. Hollings, for 500 years. Conveyance of rest of property to use of E. Kerry for life remainder to Kinaston and Hollings.
