Town area further revised from 1:8,000 air photographs taken Jan 1946.. Names from 1:200,000 Siamese map itransliterated in accordance with Bangkok Times Modified System and mostly agree with HIND 1001 sheet B-47E 2nd Edition 1945. Telegraph line from HIND 1001 sheet B-47E 2nd Edition 1945. Also consulted: ISIS Reports on Kra Isthmus; Siam Check Recce Unit Classification of Roads; Admiralty Charts 998 and 2414; 1:10,000 Songkhla town plan Aug 1946; List of Airfield and Seaplane Stations (Siam).
