Consideration:- £7000 (part of the fortune of Arabella Pigott deceased, vested in Charles Mytton in trust under a settlement of 14 June 1769 on marriage of William Pigott with Arabella Mytton spinster by which it was secured on the estate of her brother John Mytton late of Halston Esq. (deceased), Lord Dudley and Ward (since deceased) and Charles Mytton being the trustees).
Mortgage of a capital messuage and demesne (late the estate of John Mytton deceased and purchased from the trustees of his will by Andrew Corbet) in Acton Reynold and Moreton Corbet in the parishes of Shawbury and Moreton Corbet, and tithes of corn in the township of Acton Reynold (except on a messuage lately sold by the trustees to John Minor of Woodstile gentleman for £1050) for a term of 1000 years.
