Property: In consideration of 5s., 1. lease to 2. for a year: Messuage in New St., Chipping Norton formerly occupied by Henry Parish weaver, then by Charles Roffe and now by James Gibbs, with cottage now or late of Robert Hall on the west and cottage now or late of Joseph Quartermaine occupied by William Haines on the east; and small piece of ground formerly and now used as yard or back way to the messuage, and adjoining, late occupied by 1b. and now by James Gibbs. Consideration: £180 paid to 2. by 3., and 10s. paid to 1. by 3. Notes: 1. at the direction of 2. conveys to 4. on trust for 3. and his heirs:
