Petition for a replacement membership certificate signed by John Ward, admitted to the Lodge on 10 June 1800 and declared off on 10 June 1800, as the original was lost with his property after being cast away. Sent to the Antients' Grand Lodge by Michael Dove, Worshipful Master, George Cleeter, Senior Warden, Isaac Fountin, Junior Warden and Edward Moreby, Past Master of St. Michael's Lodge, London.

St. Michael's Lodge was granted a warrant to meet as No. 290 by the Antients' Grand Lodge on 11 September 1795 and named in 1804. In 1795 the Lodge met at the Dundee Arms, Nightingale Lane, Wapping, London. After the union between the Antients' and Moderns' Grand Lodges in 1813, the Lodge was given the number No. 367. In 1832 the Lodge was renumbered as No. 255 and in 1863, as No. 211, its present number. The Lodge met at numerous inns and taverns across London but now meets at the Civil Service Club, 13-15 Great Soctland Yard, London, England.
