Notice of land for sale by auction to be held on 14 June 1828 (sic) :-
Pasture field of about 2¼ acres in the vicinity of the City of York adjoining on the side of the road to Hull and bounded on the West by a very valuable new built house, garden etc.in occupation of Mr Richardson and on the East by a lane leading the whole length of the field. The field being sold as freehold and admirably adapted for building ground.
