Makon, Preston, concerning a Release, 23 Aug. 1737 between Robert Dickinson of Stalmine, carpenter and Elizabeth his wife, and Edmund Lancaster and others, Trustees, in trust to sell a messuage and tenement at the height of the hill, 9ac., for £21.16.6 and the growing interest owing by R.D. to Mr. Rd. Harrison, and to apply the remaining part of purchase money towards discharging of the principal sum of £347 and interest, and after the sale to stand seized of the other messuage, tenement, and closes in Stalmine and Preesall, 14acc. Also if necessary to sell 3 closes in Preesall called the Parks.
