(a) Rookery Farm, Staughton Moor, comprising farm house and farm buildings, and five fields of arable and pasture land orchard and spinney (scheduled) containing 121a 2r 11p in occupation of Benjamin Elliott (yearly tenancy)
Conditions of Sale derive title of the farm from Mortgage of 19th April 1871 (Moses Topham to John Hopkins)
