Lease from Eustace Burneby of Coventrie, esq., and Alice Knightley of Perryhall, co. Staffs., spinster, to David Bull of Styvechall, gent., reciting an indenture of lease from the said David to the said Eustace and Alice dated 30 September, 11 Charles [no. 858], of the premises described in that indenture; to hold the same for 98 years 11 months, rendering annually 12 pounds (3 terms); and this present indenture shall become void if at any time the said David should pay to the said Eustace and Alice 156 pounds.
