Lease and release of messuage in Bron-y-garth (John Rowland and John Roberts), closes called Caebychan, cae newydd, letty felin, cae issa-r-fordd, y llindire, erw carno, erw tan y llan, y llwyn, gwerglodd issa, gwerglodd ucha, and erw coediog pew in parish church of St. Martin's, little dwelling house, hempyard and garden in Bronygarth (Robert Lloyd) little dwellinghouse and garden in B.(John Williams), messuage in B called ty yn y pentre, y weirglodd yn y pentre, yr erw geffnon, yr erw grythores, y ddwy abermeikin, kae yr bryn, yr erw groes, and y llwyn y go in B. (John Jones)to hold to trustees to uses of John Rowland for life, to use of trustees to preserve contingent uses, to use of Ann his wife if she oulive him that she may take rents of £20 tax free as jointure, and subject to this annuity, to use of sons in succession and heirs, in default, daughters in succession and heirs, in default of any issue to use of Mears for 500 years in trust after to use of heirs of Rowland the trust to raise £600 after Ann's death and pay it to Mary Williams, Margaret Ingram and Bennett Lloyd younger daughters of Edward Lloyd, in equal shares, if dead, to their children, if no issue to pay it to executors of Ann Rowland.
As soon as the £600 is raised, the term is to be void.
Rowland may by deed or writing charge the property with another £300 for younger children by Ann, and he may during his life make leases of the property for terms not exceeding 21 years. Covenant for further assurances.
