1. Thomas Oneslowe of Boare Acton, Esq.

Dorothie Prynce, widow, Thomas Berrington, George Lawley, Nicholas Gibbons, gents, Richard Carter alias Hylward, glover, Executore of Richard Prynoe, Esq., deceased.

3. Humffrey Lea of Langley, Esq.

Fraunces Prynoe, gent, son and heir of Richard Prince.

Thomas Oneslowe in consideration of £1103 6s 8d of which £600 was paid by the executors, being money left by Rd Prynce for the advancement in marriage of the daughters of Rd Prynce, the rest to be paid to Thos O. on 31 Aug next, sells to 2. 2 pastures or closes of ground in Nones Foryate alias Abbey Foryate in Shrewsbury ;- the great pasture called the Gaye of the Geye extending in length from a meadow called the Almeanars Orchard at one end to a pasture called the Hally well Held at the other, and in breadth between the way leading from the street of Monks Foryste to Hallywell on one side, and the River Severn on the other; and the pasture divided into several closes called the Conygree (Eliz. Longley, widow) in breadth between a posture parcel of Monkemore on one side and a field called the Barley field on the other, in breadth from a field called the Almeaners Field one end to a meadow called the Long Meadow and to the R. Severn at the other; and the messuage in Monks Poryate on which are two dwelling houses (Nicholas Newhall); 6 cottages with gardens belonging in Monks Foryate (Richard Owen, Thomas Taylor, Jenkin widowe, John Dickson, John Waring Margary Hancockes, widow). To hold to the executors forever. Reservation of leases of 4 messuages made by Thos 0. to Nicholas Newhall for 80 years for the lives of Nicholas, Elizabeth his wife and Thomas their son; one to Rd Owen for 21 years, and the third to Margery Hancookes for 21 years, and the fourth to Robert Williams of Shrewsbury, sherman, of th- said messuage (Nicholas Newhall) for 60 years if Eliz. Newhall, wife of ad Thomas (sic) Newhall so long lives, to commence from the expiration of the said lease for 80 years granted to Nicholas Newhall as above, The rents of 6/8, 5/8 and 5/- are reserved to be paid to the executors.

If Fraunces Prince within ½ year after be is 21 pays to the executors £1153 6s 8d to them to employ for the preferment of Richard Prince's daughters, the Premises are to be assured to Fraunces Prince and his heirs, and in default to the brothers of Fraunces Prince then living and being heirs to Fras.

Schedule of deeds

1. Release by John late Marl of Merwick & Hughe Ellioe to Sir George Blunt knt. of their title to the Fraternity or Guild of St. Fynyfred of and in the natures and premises in the said indenture.

2. Bargain and sale of premises by Sir George Blunt to Thomas Oneslowe of London, grocer, father of Thomas Oneslewe, party.

3. Lease of 2 pastures called the Gey and the Conyngree by the Masters and brothers & sisters of the Fraternity or Guild of St. Pinifred to Richard Oneslowe of the Inner Temple.

4. Confirmation of lease by Thomas Oneslowe, father.

5. Counterpart of the 4 leases mentioned in this present indenture to be made by Mr Onslowe, party.
