of ohn Boscott of Chipping Norton, yeoman, bequeathing all my household goods shall go to my wife, Sarah Boscott. Property: Freehold messuage with orchard, garden, backside,homestall and appurtenances at Armscott, parish of Tredington, Worcs, now occupied by William Taylor, and several freehold pieces of land at Armscott, now occupied by him to Henry Field Wilkins of Chipping Norton, gent and my son Joseph Boscott and their heirs, on trust for sale, then on trust to pay my debts and after payment thereof, to pay £400 to my wife and the residue to my son Joseph. Messuage and premises in New St., Chipping Norton, now occupied by me to my wife Sarah for her life then to my son Joseph and his heirs. My allotment of land in the Great Common at Chipping Norton and all my other real estate (if any) to my son Joseph and his heirs. Residuary personal estate to my son Joseph.
