1) George Barrow Darby, Frederick William Darby and Hugh James Barrow Darby
2) Bell Brothers Limited
with provision as to stone under lands sold to Railway Company, exceptions and conditions. For the term of 21 years at the yearly rent of £4 000, a surface rent of £4 per acre and a wayleave rent of 1 penny per ton of ironstone carried through the lands. With conditions. Includes plan and index. Also with receipt of £600 for compensation from Bell Brothers Limited dated 4 Aug 1906. With further Award of Mr Henry Armstrong dated 20 Dec 1920 concerning above lease and clauses for the payment of £2 000 per annum in lieu and substitution of the rent of £4 000. -
